Case Management to individualize each resident’s needs

Community living skills, including shopping , financial management and transportation
Family involvement when applicable
Community based therapies
Education in local public schools or alternative school if IEP mandated
Community outings, including recreational activities, physical fitness, library, outings to the park, museums, movies and plays
Vocational and Rehabilitative Services through community resources
